(I've recently pulled from storage Panasonic, Eveready, and Duracell CR123A's I've stored for 15 years and put them into service - all gave full output I'll see about run-time service life comparison after 15 years storage. I've also put some of both cells "away" to test shelf life longevity.
But I'll buy the less expensive Titanium Innovations brand for lights used regularly.
